At Bluegrass Gynecology & Wellness we respect your time. You can easily schedule appointments on the same day or next business day, either in person, or via telehealth. By limiting the volume of patients in the practice, we can schedule appointments with adequate time to discuss your health concerns in depth, without feeling rushed. You will have direct access to Dr. Elkinson and her clinical staff and can call or text with questions or concerns anytime.
Gynecology and Hormonal Challenges
Dr. Elkinson offers comprehensive gynecological care including screening for cervical cancer and treatment of PCOS, endometriosis, abnormal periods, chronic pelvic pain, and fertility problems. She also offers ultrasound imaging, management abnormal pap smears, contraception services, office-based treatments for abnormal uterine bleeding, and surgical management of benign gynecologic conditions. Dr. Elkinson enjoys finding solutions to complex problems that take into consideration your personal preferences.
Hormonal changes of peri-menopause and menopause can dramatically affect the way you feel. Dr. Elkinson has attained additional certification by the North American Menopause Society to help women address the changes that occur as a natural part of aging. She can help you maximize your sense of well-being, sharing with you all of your options and arriving at a plan that fits your health goals and specific needs.

Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation and Vaginal Rejuvenation

We are happy to offer Botox and Dysport. A wide range of Restylane and Juvaderm fillers, Kybella, Sculptra and Euro Threads. Also offering treatment of acne scars, fine lines, enlarged pores and skin tightening with Morpheus 8 and Morpheus 8 Body RF Microneedling.
Primary Care/Urgent Care
Dr. Elkinson offers a broad range of primary care health services. This includes wellness and preventative health screenings for high blood pressure, risk factors for heart disease, high cholesterol, diabetes recommendations for cancer prevention screening and assessment for inherited cancer syndromes. She also treats mood issues such as anxiety and depression. She can help determine when you need to be referred for treatment by a sub-specialist and help coordinate that care.
Patients can also avoid the urgent treatment center. Dr. Elkinson is able to take care of non-emergent sick visits such as flu, strep, covid, insect bites, etc.
